Taking Care of your Skin
As we battle through the daily climates our skin takes a battering building up of dirt and bacteria.
Having healthy skin will depend on good digestion and effective body cleansing i.e. de-toxing therefore it’s important for you to ensure that your digestive system and liver are functioning in good working conditions.
Maintaining Healthy Skin: It has also been suggested to drink at least six glasses of water and eat five colourful fruits/vegetables per day.
Nuts!! Yes that is also good for your skin too, providing you have no allergies to them. Almonds Peanuts sunflower seeds Cashew just to mention a few.
Its also important to eat Fish (oily) approx 2-3 times a week and consume plenty of Fibre-Rich foods too. Do try and use Dairy products there are alternatives such as Tofu or Soya . There are so many organic products also available for your balanced diet. Don’t forget to include Proteins beans lentils and low fat.
Exercise: Excellent for your providing that balance for your Mind Body and Soul .
