There are many facial exercises you can do to maintain the elasticity in your skin.
Exercise for the eyes – looking up and down – side to side round and round but be careful not to exert it
too much as this may make you feel light headed or dizzy.
Exercise for the Eye-brows – Move your eye brows up and down
Nose: Breathing softly- Massaging the sides of the nose with your fingertips vey relaxing.
Mouth- Side to side - Moving the mouth up and down round like a chewing motion and side to side
Gaping the lips apart to using several movements, this will help to keep the muscles in your face soft.
Head and Neck Movements: Move our head up and down bending slightly – side to side round and round but be careful not to exert your Spinal area too much exertion may make you feel light headed or dizzy so please be careful.
